Hello everyone. I once had a problem since I was 15 years. It came rather suddenly. Before I play on my basketball team in school and are always made to do things. My weight is just how my progress back problems. Six years later, I could do it and bypass means to be found. But now I face the weight. I am happy to 5′8 / 5′9. I weigh about 230 now, it always fluctuates about 5 pounds. I have a membership to a gym and I’m ready to go atleast twice a week, but hopefully, three times a week. I want a trainer in my home.
