Who is ready to join me on a weight loss challenge for 2008?

Hello everyone, this is my first post I searched this site several times and found some success stories really inspiring ..

Now to me, I am a mother of 3, almost 26 years and sick fat. ‘have two children during nearly two years so I have gained little and lost and he now felt that I must decrease, because I am always very depressed.I used to be happy and lively weight Just me and I feel lethargic.

So here I am, 1st January 2008 and really ready for that and hope that some people will join me ..

Hello, I’m new here so well and want to get 34 pounds, she was able to slip on me .. I start with a clean cloth, then transferred to a modified version of Weight Watchers and carbohydrate intake is lower.

This is my first entry / posting in a forum. I 2 M cervix during the last 18 months by taking steroids and is not activated, helped me gain weight. I am looking for help to stay on track! I thought if I did there, I would encourage them to stay with him!

I weigh on Friday. I find that weighing before the weekend allows me motivated and on track through the weekend .. usually they occur, the temptation in the rule.

wonder if anyone wants to exchange ideas or suggestions on the most filling foods? I think I can make healthy food choices and exercise, but I get so hungry, I eat to lose too late and not weight!

need some tips and advice on how to start

I am 163cm tall and weighs 63 kg sad.

I’m losing confidence and feeling grumpy all the time .. I can not accept that sometimes my friends Laughin my body fat and flabby arms and thighs. I see beautiful people around me .. and my body fat .. I felt so in his place and looked really low.

I just want a little unwanted weight to lose and hopefully can start a new life.
< ; br /> I do not know where to begin.. what to do or what to do ..

I have tried exercise and a strict Atkins diet .. .. but not much more obvious results .. maybe because I am a great lover of food, I find it really difficult to control not to eat .. :(

Not sure slimming pills and side effects ..

if so, how did you like? Did it work?
I reviewed (and a number of feeding programs for others) for my site. Yes, it works - yes, I think it is one of the best programs on the market today.

How did they do to all food and physical activity? So far I am very happy here … I found the exercise too hard, if it was cold, and I have my son (the nursery gym is closed on weekends to get it) ideas?

I blew Saturday - eat well! So, I not weigh in this morning, I kept three pounds last time.

Exercise is difficult - I’m commuting from home to work over 13 hours while trying to fit in 1 / 2 hours walking the evening hours.

I know if I have the habit, it seems much easier.

13h will be a long day!

Can you get any exercise while you’re at work? Walks during lunch and breaks? Another thing thats worked for me is to work in front of the TV, I do not know his best practice in the world, but at least I always do my exercises when I (do not miss my shows that I know I can, but it is better to prevent than cure food : oops:)

I find exercise period only paper … Lazy I guess at this point .. (Must be honest.) I live in Florida and have really no excuse. But I’m still a book.

I was so frustrated last night, I went into town to go to the gym, only to find the center was closed by E. coli. I know I would have gone home and will be exercised anyway, but the time I got home, I was tired and I wanted vegetables (so that’s exactly what I : oops: )

starting The Firm TransFIRMation program

Hello, my name is Tiffany. My friend Nicole and I’m from the program TransFIRMation company, hopefully Monday, April 7 when I received it by then. We’ll see what we eat, what kind of exercises that we have and how we feel about this, every day. We weigh and then once a week and do our measurements at the end of each month. We even AMOUT significant weight to lose, but just wanted to stay with it until we reach our goals! It would be difficult for us, because I now live in Alaska, and she tries to return to New York but will do our best to do it together! I am a mother of two children, a newborn and a 2 years and Nicole attended college full time, so we both have busy schedules, but fought through it.

Thats about it for now, we will see later in the afternoon with our starting weight and dimensions.

If someone has or has this program, we want your opinion!
