Hello everyone, this is my first post I searched this site several times and found some success stories really inspiring ..
Now to me, I am a mother of 3, almost 26 years and sick fat. ‘have two children during nearly two years so I have gained little and lost and he now felt that I must decrease, because I am always very depressed.I used to be happy and lively weight Just me and I feel lethargic.
So here I am, 1st January 2008 and really ready for that and hope that some people will join me ..

I weigh on Friday. I find that weighing before the weekend allows me motivated and on track through the weekend .. usually they occur, the temptation in the rule.
wonder if anyone wants to exchange ideas or suggestions on the most filling foods? I think I can make healthy food choices and exercise, but I get so hungry, I eat to lose too late and not weight!
